Specialization: Any UG, MBA in systems, Ph.D in systems
Key Job Responsibilities
- Teaching & Curriculum Development: Delivering engaging lectures, creating syllabus, developing learning materials, and adopting innovative teaching methodologies for MBA/BBA students.
- Student Mentorship & Evaluation: Providing academic support, conducting examinations, grading assignments, and supervising projects or summer internships.
- Research & Publication: Conducting and publishing research in peer-reviewed management journals and presenting papers.
- Industry Engagement & Administration: Connecting with industry professionals for student internships, organizing seminars, contributing to accreditation requirements (e.g., NAAC, NBA), and participating in university meetings
