Materials Management Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

Act as the key Production & Materials Planning representative for Legal Entity Merge (FUSION) projects across Mannheim and Indianapolis sitesDevelop expertise in Change Management processes and support the successful execution of material transition activitiesCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders and communicate critical project requirements, timelines, and updates across all relevant functionsMaintain and monitor transition milestones and implementation schedules to ensure on-time project executionCollaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure all required documentation is available for uninterrupted production startsDrive corrective actions and recovery plans whenever project activities deviate from agreed timelines or objectivesDefine, manage, and achieve material scrap reduction targets to minimize operational and financial impact during transitionsEnsure uninterrupted material supply and continuity of production throughout all transition phasesRepresent Production & Materials Planning in project meetings, steering committees, and cross-functional workshopsIndependently organize, prioritize, and execute tasks to achieve project goals in a complex international environment Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline with a strong operational focusProfessional experience in production planning, materials planning, supply chain, or operations management environmentsStrong knowledge of materials management, purchasing, and planning processes within an SAP environmentProven project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex initiatives, manage priorities, and meet critical deadlinesExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and results-oriented working styleStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functional areasFluent English and German language skills for daily collaboration with international and local stakeholdersExperience working in international, cross-functional teams across multiple locations and global business environmentsKnowledge of change management processes, ideally within supply chain transformations, mergers, or organizational transition projectsCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and drive successful outcomes in a dynamic environment Diverse role within a renowned companyChallenging and varied responsibilities in a future-oriented and innovative industryComprehensive support throughout the entire application processOngoing support by our team throughout the project assignmentAnnual vacation entitlement of 30 days With over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry as well as in biotechnology and medical engineering, we know the key contacts at companies that are recruiting for challenging jobs with real potential.
