Materialdisponent / Logistik-Koordinator (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to fill the position of „Materialdisponent / Logistik-Koordinator (m/w/d)“ on behalf of our partner company in Munich's northern area.

Aufgaben

• As Materialdisponent / Logistik-Koordinator (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the inventory management and timely processing of all production and shipping orders.
• You will coordinate the workflows between intralogistics, order planning, material control, production, warehouse, shipping, and adjacent departments.
• You will organize and monitor warehouse topics such as inventories, prioritizations, clarifications, and adjustments with the controlling department.
• You will check shipping orders in the warehouse management system for completeness, process complaints, and handle missing parts, clarify stock differences, and take over the administration of articles with expiration dates.
• In addition, you will create purchase requests in SAP, review invoices, support with system questions, and take on tasks related to master data maintenance.

Qualifikation

• You have completed a vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/w/d), forwarding agent (m/w/d), logistics technician (m/w/d), or logistics coordinator (m/w/d) or hold a comparable qualification.
• You have professional experience as a material disponent (m/w/d), logistics coordinator (m/w/d), or in a similar position.
• You have very good ERP knowledge, preferably in SAP R/3, and are confident in handling common MS-Office programs.
• You work structured, responsible, and with a high degree of accuracy when processing orders and inventories.
• You have excellent German language skills.
