Material Panner

Responsibilities:

• Plans raw material (SMD & PCB components) deliveries from suppliers (mainly Asia area) according to customer demands.
• Integrates, creates, sends and monitors orders based on stock levels and customer demands.
• Takes the necessary actions in order to meet delivery deadlines.
• Implements and controls inventory levels according to targets.
• Constantly monitors and keeps close contact with main strategic suppliers in terms of delivery plans.
• Implements and monitors KPI achievement: backlog reduction, OTD in order to assure smooth planification and production in line with customer demands.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree;
• Advanced English,
• Advanced MS-Office;
• Experience of at least 3 years in the automotive field or in similar fields;
• Experience in maintaining order management with suppliers
• Advanced presentation skills;
• Ability to manage change of priorities for several projects at the same time;
• SAP knowledge is a plus;
