Material Manager - Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities The objective of the function is to actively control and define clear objectives regarding material availability, resource planning, inventory budget, and cost center. - Definition, improvement, and optimization of workflows and related processes - Creation and possible modification of process descriptions - Coordination of activities among different departments to ensure regular processes in supply and material availability - Promotion and active implementation of continuous improvement - Responsibility for conformity and guarantee of quality requirements - Responsibility for respecting, developing, and maintaining regulatory requirements for management systems (ISO 9001, 13485, 14001, 45001, and EN9100) Profile - Completed education in economic, logistics, technical, or related fields - Previous experience in coordination roles within the planning and logistics sector inside an industrial production context - Knowledge of production processes - Solid knowledge of material planning logic through the use of dedicated software and tools - Knowledge of SAP - Excellent knowledge of English language - Knowledge of German language will be a preferred title - Enjoy working with numbers, excellent analytical skills - Attention to detail, precision, and organization - Good leadership skills - Communicative skills and pleasure in interpersonal contact
