Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and counting of microelectronic components.
• Utilize microscopes, x-ray technology, and chemicals to inspect industry-standard components.
• Analyze components and identify nonconformances based on manufacturer information.
• Adhere to guidelines and use hand tools for precise product handling.
• Manage material stocks, provide training, and maintain organized work areas.
• Utilize computer-based systems for accurate data entry.

Qualifications:

• This is an entry-level position requiring a high school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Strong attention to detail is crucial for this role.
• Ability to handle small components with precision.
• Occasional use of ladders may be required.
• Ability to discriminate colors and close-up vision are essential.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
