Material Handler

Material Handler (Warehouse)
Location: Warrington
Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Pay Rate: £13.46

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations. You will be responsible for tasks such as kitting work orders, managing stock, issuing inventory, and printing labels. You'll also help lead the team when the Team Leader is unavailable and support continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and issue materials accurately and on time.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy across all areas.
• Support the Team Leader and cover in their absence when needed.
• Train other team members if you're a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Take part in improvement activities (e.g. Gemba walks, problem-solving tasks).
• Handle PRs and change control documents (ECOs).
• Always keep your work area clean and safe.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a regulated industry (life sciences, pharma, or medical devices).
• Comfortable using SAP and other warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Good communication skills and team mindset.
• Experience with continuous improvement is a plus.
