Your area of responsibility: You will process commercial processes such as orders, offers, revaluations, and term control
You are in exchange with authorities, companies, and private owners regarding e.g. certifications, water rights notices, etc.
You coordinate the interface between technicians and procurement, accounting, framework agreement firms
You deal with flood damage regulation
You prepare finished and partial reports
You bring: You have a degree as a technician or master (m/w/d), ideally in the field of electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, IT system electronics, digital management, etc.
Experience in administrative work: ideally with knowledge of coordination and process support
Safe handling of MS Office; especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
You possess a conceptual thinking ability
Your working hours are characterized by high self-responsibility
The weekly working hours are 38 hours, after the induction period, daily home office is possible.
