Masterand (m/w/d) in Quality Management in Physical Therapy

Since 2010, we have been accompanying people at our location in Freiburg's city center on their path to better health and quality of life through musculoskeletal physical therapy and health training. Together with our interdisciplinary team of physiotherapists, trainers, and administrative staff, we create a motivating, professional, and health-promoting environment for customers and employees. As part of a practice-oriented master's thesis, we are looking for an engaged personality who develops and implements a quality management concept for selected core processes in our company. The focus is on analyzing, structuring, and optimizing central workflows in our daily work.

You combine fundamental academic knowledge with direct practical implementation and make a significant contribution to the further development of our practice.

• You are enrolled in a master's program in the field of Health Management, Quality Management, Physical Therapy, Therapeutic Sciences or a comparable study program
• You work structured, independently and have an interest in analyzing and improving practical processes

Framework of cooperation

The cooperation takes place within the framework of your master's thesis. Two models are possible:

• Practice project as part of the master's thesis (without employment) with close professional guidance and full integration into our practice workflows

or

• Combination of master's thesis and work-study activity (after individual agreement) with additional practical work in the company
