Location: Our Client Farnham
Salary: £39,000 - £49,000 (DOE)
Bonus Scheme: £6,000 - £12,000
Hours: Monday to Friday (Saturday available as paid overtime)

About Us
Our Client is a family-run, fast-growing independent garage group with a reputation for honesty, quality, and outstanding customer service. At the Farnham branch, we're looking to expand the talented workshop team with two skilled Master Technicians.

The Role
As a Master Technician at Our Client Farnham, you'll be responsible for carrying out advanced diagnostics, repairs, and servicing across a wide range of vehicles. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering work to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex diagnostics, fault finding, and repairs on all makes and models.

• Support and mentor fellow technicians with technical knowledge and expertise.

• Deliver high-quality servicing, repairs, and MOT preparation work.

• Maintain accurate service and repair records in line with DVSA and company standards.

• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Fully qualified Master Technician (Level 3 or above).

• Proven experience in diagnostics and advanced vehicle repairs.

• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.

• A team player with excellent communication skills.

• A proactive, professional approach with pride in workmanship.
