Master Production Scheduler

The Master Production Scheduler plays a critical role in enabling flow, improving responsiveness, and ensuring reliable delivery to customers. This individual is responsible for developing and maintaining the integrated production schedule across key operations, ensuring that products are delivered On Time In Full (OTIF) while supporting Lean principles of flow efficiency and waste reduction.

This role will lead the scheduling process with a clear focus on customer satisfaction, enabling Texmo Blank to achieve benchmark lead-times and strengthen our market position. The Master Production Scheduler will work cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, quality, and commercial teams to ensure alignment between demand, capacity, and material availability.
