Attributes:

- organizes and leads the work team assigned to the respective shift

- is directly responsible for organizing and ensuring the safe and secure operation of production activities

- achieves quantitative and qualitative targets of the production program,

- supervises the proper functioning of the mill and ensures maximum utilization of production capacity

- prepares a verbal report on shift handover, detailing the activities performed during the shift, technical defects, electrical or technological issues that arose, whether they were remedied or will be addressed at the next shift;

- performs self-control checks on process phases, supervises respect for technology and maintenance of order and cleanliness

- maintains permanent contact with the laboratory to stay informed about:

product quality; results of grade and finished product analyses, for correct process control (cleaning and grinding) etc.
