Master of Assembly MM

We are looking for a Master of Assembly MM for the Module Assembly HV MBAG department.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate production area assigned and ensure production level in terms of quantity, quality, and time, within the designated responsibility area, in collaboration with subordinate staff, superiors, and support departments;
• Provide technical support to subordinates (basic ideas regarding work processes both for VK and MM);
• Initiate and train subordinate personnel, in collaboration with workshop leaders, shift leaders, instructors/trainers;
• Be responsible for developing the skills and abilities of employees under your supervision, in accordance with company needs, using systems and tools;
• Coordinate and participate in actions of analysis/delimitation/sorting after receiving information or complaints from clients;
• Inform the team about errors produced or complaints received from clients and take measures to eliminate them.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-12 classes;
• Experience in the field of 1-3 years;
• IT knowledge (MS Office);
• PTO/CPM/MTOE;
• 8-D treatment of complaints;
• Very good communication skills and a desire to learn.
