Candidate Ideal
- Higher education, preferably IT;
- Knowledge of the English language (spoken/written)
- Detailed knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; MS Office, Power BI, SQL or similar
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Ability to collect, process, and transmit information
- Good communication skills to interact with team members, users, and explain technical complexity in accessible terms;
- Analytical thinking, understanding processes in detail;
- Experience/passion for analyzing and implementing solutions.
Job Description
- Administers databases using existing information systems: SAP, M-Files, Power BI, web platforms, etc.
- Maintains databases by collecting data from responsible departments;
- Updates databases permanently;
- Updates alone or with service providers the structure of databases whenever necessary;
- Processes existing data according to the needs of different departments or clients/service providers
- Participates in implementing digitalization solutions;
- Participates in migrating SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA (project manager);
- Participates in analyzing developments for various existing applications;
- Tests implemented solutions (web/software), identifies, resolves or reports any functional issues to the supplier;
- Analyzes database structure and proposes improvements to increase efficiency or reduce redundancy.
- Data collection and visualization from different sources (internal/external)
- Provides support to other departments during implementation or development of software solutions, aligning these developments with company needs.
- Provides support and training to other departments for correct use of database management systems.
