Job description

For an international organization within the offshore and maritime sector, we are looking for a Master Data Employee. In this role as a Data Entry Employee, you will be responsible for processing, checking, and managing item data within SAP.

You ensure that all master data is complete, correct, and up-to-date. From new items and product specifications to material data and system changes: thanks to your accuracy, colleagues always have reliable data. You will work extensively with SAP and regularly contact colleagues from Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Purchasing to check and supplement data where necessary.


  • Creating, modifying, and managing item master data in SAP;
  • Processing and checking item data and product specifications;
  • Performing data entry activities within SAP and other ERP systems;
  • Checking for completeness, correctness, and consistency of master data;
  • Managing and updating material and item information;
  • Identifying and correcting incorrect or missing data;
  • Physically checking materials when data deviates;
  • Maintaining contact with Warehouse, Supply Chain, and other internal departments;
  • Contributing ideas for process improvements and master data quality;
  • Supporting administrative tasks related to logistics processes.

  • Salary between €3,000 and €4,000 gross per month based on 40 hours and experience;

For this position, we are looking for someone who works accurately and gets energy from processing and managing data.


  • Minimum MBO 3 diploma, preferably in logistics;
  • Experience with data entry, item management, or administrative work;
  • Experience with SAP, ERP, or WMS systems is a strong plus;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
  • You work precisely, structured, and have an eye for detail.
