Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist

Requirements

• Create detailed architecture and design documentation for MDM solutions.
• Develop and implement MDM strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and governance of master data models and databases.
• Design and implement data quality processes, including validation, verification, and cleansing.
• Develop and automate data quality monitoring tools and reports.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and completeness across systems and platforms.
• Conduct data profiling and health checks to monitor quality and completeness.
• Ensure strict adherence to data governance, privacy, and security policies.

• Expertise in architecture frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong background in systems integration and IT infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of data profiling, cleansing, and validation techniques.
• Proven experience with common data model implementations and data harmonization.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong stakeholder communication and engagement abilities.
