Master Data Analyst

Position Summary The Master Data Analyst plays a critical role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing master data related to menu planning and food production. This role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems to support efficient procurement, production, and operational processes. The analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance data governance, streamline workflows, and drive process improvements that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain master data for ingredients, recipes, and menu items within the ERP system. * Ensure data accuracy and completeness through data validation and cleansing processes. * Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, culinary, operations) to understand data requirements and resolve data-related issues. * Monitor data quality metrics and identify areas for improvement. * Conduct data analysis to support decision-making related to menu planning, food costing, and supply chain optimization. * Create and maintain documentation for master data processes and procedures. * Support system upgrades, implementations, and integrations related to master data. * Provide training and support to end-users on master data-related topics. * Identify opportunities to automate and streamline data management processes. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics). * 3+ years of experience in data analysis or master data management, preferably in the food industry. * Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices. * Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is highly desirable. * Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL). * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Knowledge of food production processes and menu planning is a plus.
