Job titles or functions are declined in both feminine and masculine forms. This Lyon-based center offers a full-time CDI Massage Therapist H/F position for its MPR service starting January 2026.
You will work on a dedicated technical platform within multidisciplinary teams (MPR doctors, general practitioners, anesthesiologists, surgeons, ergotherapists, orthotists, APA teachers, nurses, care assistants, social workers, psychologists…).
Under the responsibility of the rehabilitation health framework, you will work with professionals from both services to support our beneficiaries according to the main missions as follows:
Conduct a masso-kinésitherapy assessment for the patient and implement their rehabilitation plan based on medical prescriptions, taking into account their pathology, needs, and evolution,
Organize and manage your activity (scheduling, material needs, use of technical platform),
Ensure patient follow-up care (traceability on the patient's electronic file, PMSI reporting)
Communicate and inform to improve relationships with the patient on one hand and with the rest of the team on the other.
New employee skills are developed through a dynamic team of experienced massage therapists involved in teaching and research activities.

Salary according to collective agreement: 100% seniority reintegration + Segur indemnity: starting at €2,700 gross/month
13th month bonus (starting from the first month of presence)
Work schedule: 38 hours Monday to Friday with RTT (18 days/year) in addition to CPs
Self-service for lunch with meals up to €2.77
