- Evaluate the motor abilities of residents and establish tailored rehabilitation programs
- Perform kinésithérapy sessions to maintain mobility and prevent physical deficiencies
- Collaborate with the care team to adjust interventions according to the evolution of resident needs
- Ensure the up-to-date maintenance of medical records for tracking progress and treatments
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to optimize personalized care plans for residents
Full-time CDI position available as soon as possible
Salary based on experience
We organize your interview with the structure We are looking for a Masseur kinésithérapeute (F/H) for an establishment welcoming elderly people, no level of experience required.
- State Diploma in Massage-Therapy required with current registration to the Order
- Mastery of therapeutic massage and rehabilitation techniques
- Empathy and benevolence towards elderly people
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Communication skills for interacting with residents and staff
