- Assessing the physical state of residents to determine personalized treatment plans
- Performing adapted kinésithérapie treatments tailored to individual patient needs
- Collaborating with the medical team to ensure coherent and optimal resident follow-up
- Counseling and educating patients and their families on therapeutic exercises to perform
- Participating in documenting patient progress and attending team meetings to optimize care provided

Part-time CDI (2 or 2.5 days a week)
The part-time CDI may evolve into full-time later on
Start date: March 2026
Gross hourly rate: €18 (negotiable)
The part-time CDI position is half-time, the structure needs a kinésithérapeute for 2 to 2.5 days a week
Evolving post into full-time
Public holiday not worked and not paid on the part-time CDI position
Cumulating with a liberal activity in parallel is possible and accepted by the center's direction

- State Diploma of Masseur Kinésithérapeute required
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team within a care environment
- Aptitude to develop a benevolent and empathetic communication with residents
- Commitment to respecting the establishment's protocols and standards
- Observation skills and ability to adapt in various situations
