Management of adult patients presenting with musculoskeletal pathologies (orthopedics, traumatology, amputation...) and neurological pathologies (stroke, head injury, brain injury). The physiotherapist participates in meetings, summaries, and works in close collaboration with a dynamic and motivated multidisciplinary team composed of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, sports educators, APA, neuropsychologists, social workers, psychologists, speech therapists....

Activities :
Review medical prescriptions each morning.
Develop a massage and physiotherapy assessment for each patient before treatment.
Determine the physiotherapy diagnosis based on the synthesis of assessments and establish specific goals for the massage and physiotherapy treatment.
Choose to implement the necessary techniques to achieve the determined objectives.
Participate in the planning of massage and physiotherapy care in consultation with the healthcare team and technical platform stakeholders on the IT schedule provided for this purpose in the department, under the responsibility of the health managers.
Maintain the patient allocation chart between the different physiotherapists on the technical platform.
Attend the weekly team meeting and report on the objectives and results of the physiotherapy treatment.
Attend summary meetings for patients under the responsibility of the physiotherapist.
Record rehabilitation activity in Sillage.
Participate in the selection of documentation resources.
Train physiotherapy students present for internships in the specific practice of massage and physiotherapy for the department.
Ensure the reinvestment of physiotherapy treatment acquired skills in the care units and in the patient's daily activities.
Provide the patient with the necessary information for the development of their care plan.
Participate in internal training activities within the department, or in training programs set up by the establishment.
Participate in prevention and education activities.
Management of equipment used in massage and physiotherapy.
Equipment maintenance.
Comply with hygiene protocols in effect in the department and validated by the hygiene service.

Permanent contract starting 07/17 (SMR)
All availabilities are considered by Management
Part-time or full-time
If full-time: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, thus 7 hours of work per day (30 minutes break)
No on-call duty (no weekend work)
Remuneration based on diploma seniority and experience: Hourly rate ranging from €21.79 to €25.05 gross/hour (Ségur included)
Public holidays coinciding with a regularly worked day will be days off and paid, if they are included in your contract
