You will be expected to perform the following tasks:
- Welcoming and taking care of people
- Clinical patient assessment, specific to the field (interview/examination, information collection, synthesis work, restitution)
- Developing a treatment plan and patient care project, person-specific
- Monitoring the health status of individuals (patients, children, etc.) within your area of intervention
- Performing specific treatments in your area of expertise
- Providing counseling and educational therapy related to your field of activity
- Planning and tracking patient intake
- Participating and intervening in multidisciplinary staff meetings
- Establishing/ updating and implementing procedures, protocols, and guidelines specific to your field
- Writing reports on observations/interventions within your area of activity
- Welcoming, mentoring, and accompanying pedagogical persons (agents, students, interns, etc.)
- Conducting studies and research in your field
- Monitoring specific developments in your field of activity
- Participating in institutional life
Conditions:
- Contract: Full-time CDI
- Salary: According to your experience and seniority
- Hours: 8:00-16:00, 8:30-16:30, or 9:00-17:00 in rotation
- Employee committee (social benefits, leisure activities, vacation checks, etc.)
- Access possible to the partner crèche (in Saintes);
- 28 days of leave + RTT The ideal candidate for this Masseur kinésithérapeute (F/H) position is a person who is involved and conscientious with an interest in working in a hospital setting.
- State diploma in massage therapy, required
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while remaining benevolent
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly
- Able to work as part of a team in a diversified hospital environment
- No experience required but willingness to learn and constantly progress
