Massage Therapist (F/H)

You will be expected to perform the following tasks:
- Welcome and care for people
- Clinical patient assessment, specific to the field (interview/examination, information collection, synthesis work, restitution)
- Development of a treatment plan and patient care project, person-specific
- Monitoring of patients' health status in your area of intervention
- Realization of specific treatments in your area of intervention
- Counseling and educational therapy related to your field of activity
- Planning and tracking of patient care
- Participation and intervention in multidisciplinary staff meetings
- Establishment/actualization and implementation of procedures, protocols, guidelines specific to your area of activity
- Writing reports on observations/interventions in your field of activity
- Welcome, mentoring, and pedagogical accompaniment of people (agents, students, interns, etc.)
- Realization of studies and research work in your area
- Specific monitoring of your area of activity
- Participation in institutional life
The conditions:
- Contract: Full-time CDI
- Salary: According to your experience and seniority
- Hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm in rotation
- Employee committee (social benefits, leisure activities, vacation checks...)
- Access possible to the partner daycare center (in Saintes);
- 28 days of leave + RTT The ideal candidate for this massage therapist position (F/H) is a person who is involved and conscientious with an interest in working in a hospital setting.
- State diploma in massage therapy, required
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while remaining benevolent
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly
- Able to work as part of a team in a diversified hospital environment
- No experience required but willingness to learn and constantly progress
