Massage Therapist (F/H)

They intervene autonomously in their therapeutic choices and organization
They benefit from technical support from a multidisciplinary medical and paramedical team
Missions :
Under the functional responsibility of a coordinator, your missions are:
- Implementing rehabilitation techniques
- Conducting assessments (kinesthetic diagnosis, care objectives, act choices, and most appropriate techniques)
- Setting treatment goals and programs, communicating and explaining them to the person being received and their therapeutic entourage
- Evaluating the evolutions of people being received and correcting the care program based on results
Conditions d'embauche :
- Expected start date: as soon as possible
- Remuneration according to collective agreement of 26/08/65, gross monthly salary without seniority €3,002.43
- Seniority reintegration + Bonus
- 35 hours weekly for a full-time position. We are looking for a Massage Therapist (F/H) for a dynamic and rewarding position within an MAS.
- State diploma in Massage-Therapy required to practice your magical talents on endolored muscles
- Ability to communicate and establish trust with the residents of the establishment
- Capacity to adapt massage techniques to each person, without turning the salon into a dance floor
- Taste for teamwork to foster a convivial and collaborative atmosphere
- Motivation to improve daily well-being through your expertise and some well-placed humor
