You will be responsible for providing rehabilitation and reeducation services to patients within a home hospitalization environment.
- Evaluate the person's needs in their environment,
- Determine objectives to secure maintenance at home and enable autonomy and independence daily, Propose technical solutions and accompany their use (material usage, communication, dressing),
- Implement actions for rehabilitation, reeducation, prevention, comfort, and safety
- Evolve in a coordinated team, participate in synthesis meetings, contribute to the quality approach of the establishment

- Contract: CDI
- Negotiable salary to be determined based on your professional experience

- State Diploma in Massage Therapy required
