Within our specialized home hospitalization (HAD) facility, you will use your skills to ensure patient well-being and optimize their rehabilitation. Main missions: - Practice rehabilitation procedures at our patients' homes, with the aim of reducing their functional deficiencies and incapacities. - Development of rehabilitation objectives, resulting from the physiotherapy diagnosis. - Information and advice for our patients and their loved ones. You will work at the patient's home, regardless of their accommodation type: apartment, house, social establishment, etc… Conditions: - €3,400 gross per month (with SEGUR) for full-time work. - Salary will be determined based on your experience and seniority. - Working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, 4 days a week during the period. - You will benefit from personalized support at the start of your contract (integration and training path, immersion...). - Company vehicle + mobile phone provided. - Job description available upon request. - Subject to Management approval: Possibility of hotel accommodation or Airbnb covered by the facility and reimbursement of a round trip calculated according to your tax residence (amount capped at 150 euros). ===> We are organizing your interview.
