Within our specialized establishment in home hospitalization (HAD), you will exercise your skills to ensure patient well-being and optimize their rehabilitation
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities to develop personalized rehabilitation programs
- Provide massage therapy aimed at improving or restoring motor functions
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Inform and advise patients and their loved ones on treatment evolution and exercises to be performed
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of patient progress and adapt interventions according to the evolution of their health state
Conditions :
- Salary based on seniority and degree year
- Hours from 9am-5pm, 4 days a week during the period
- You will benefit from personalized accompaniment at the beginning of your contract (integration and training path, immersion...)
- Vehicle service available

- To be reviewed if taking up a CDI position and accompanying installation: Possibility of hotel or Airbnb accommodation taken care of by the establishment and take-up of a round-trip calculated according to your fiscal home address (amount capped at 150 euros)

- State Diploma in Massage Therapy required
- Empathy and listening capacity to accompany patients effectively
- Ability to work independently on a daily basis
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality care
- Adaptability in the face of varied situations in a home care context
