Your responsibilities: - Based on a medical prescription, you will establish a physiotherapy assessment, define care objectives, and implement appropriate techniques. - You will supervise the physical activities offered to residents: gymnastics, endurance activities, ergonomics. - You will provide adapted care for post-operative complications during individual treatments. You are attentive to each person's capabilities. - You will participate in multidisciplinary staff meetings, various department meetings, the development and evaluation of protocols, and contribute to the Quality, Risk Management, and Vigilance initiatives. This is a permanent position to be filled immediately, in full hospitalization, no day hospital except for summer replacements or during significant absenteeism. Discover this attractive package: - Fixed-term contract to start from 2/11 - Salary: €20 gross/hour (Ségur included) - Holiday pay and precariousness bonuses paid at the end of the contract - Public holiday allowance - Working hours from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM (30-minute break) from Monday to Friday - A small house located in the park is made available to you free of charge.
