Within our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the rehabilitation and well-being of patients by providing quality care. - Practice rehabilitation procedures at our patients' homes, with the aim of reducing their deficiencies and functional limitations - Develop rehabilitation goals resulting from the physiotherapy diagnosis - Provide information and advice to our patients and their loved ones You will work at the patient's home, regardless of their living situation: apartment, house, social establishment, etc...
