Your missions :
- Evaluate the person's needs in their environment,
- Determine objectives to ensure maintenance at home and enable autonomy and independence daily, Propose technical solutions and accompany their use (material usage, communication, dressing ),
- Implement actions of rehabilitation, education, prevention, comfort, and safety
- Evolve within a coordinated team, participate in synthesis meetings, contribute to the quality approach of the establishment
