Your missions :
- Evaluate the person's needs in their environment,
- Determine objectives to ensure maintenance at home and enable autonomy and independence daily, Propose technical solutions and accompany their use (material usage, communication, dressing),
- Implement actions of rehabilitation, reeducation, prevention, comfort, and security
- Evolve in a coordinated team, participate in synthesis meetings, contribute to the quality approach of the establishment
A unique proposal for this position:
- Contract: CDI
- Salary negotiable to be determined based on your professional experience
