Functions or titles are given in both feminine and masculine forms. At the heart of the service, you will assess patients' motor and functional abilities in order to develop personalized rehabilitation programs, adapted to their clinical condition and their autonomy goals. You will perform rehabilitation procedures using manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the equipment available in the technical area.
You will adjust care as patients evolve and actively participate in care coordination, in close liaison with the entire medical and paramedical team. Clinical discussion times, weekly staff meetings, and departmental meetings are an integral part of your practice.
Salary according to the collective agreement + recognition of seniority + various hiring bonuses We are looking for a Massage Therapist Physiotherapist (M/F) for a Rehabilitation and Follow-up Care facility located in a natural setting.
- You must possess the State Diploma of Massage Therapist Physiotherapist
- Have good listening and empathy skills
- Be able to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Know how to adapt your massage techniques to the individual needs of patients
- Have good organizational and time management skills
