Massage Therapist (F/H)

The functions or titles are declaimed in both feminine and masculine forms. You will be hierarchically linked to the establishment director and rehabilitation framework manager.
Remuneration is based on Convention 2002 + security premium + kiné premium 550€ if contract has no end date.

Maintain or restore patient functional capacities:
- Know how to establish a coherent care plan with the patient's therapeutic projects,
- Plan sessions taking into account the global project, activities, and fatigue of the patient,
- Perform rehabilitation acts allowing the patient to improve or recover their motricity,
- Perform in collaboration with the ergotherapist to set up, adapt, or adjust equipment,
- Advise medical teams, patients, and their entourage on installing equipment, postures, hygiene of life, and exercises favorable to comfort and improvement of capacities.
Coordination of care and quality approach:
- Complete follow-up documents provided to ensure the traceability of care in the patient's medical file and complete PMSI,
- Ensure oral and written transmission guaranteeing continuity of care and coordination of patient care while respecting confidentiality related to your function,
- Attend transmission meetings and intervene on your area of expertise,
- Participate in quality approach at the establishment,
- Code PMSI acts and establish traceability in DPI.
- Ensure constructive communication with actors involved in patient care, including external interveners, to optimize coordination of care,
- Participate in training for interns, staff, and new arrivals on your area of expertise.
Like all colleagues and within the inherent polyvalence, the massage therapist may be required to perform various tasks at the establishment.
Maintenance of equipment and premises:
- Maintain equipment proper for executing acts,
- Verify equipment function and identify potential needs,
- Respect material vigilance and pharmacovigilance rules,
- Ensure cleaning and disinfection of technical platforms twice a day according to protocols in force,
- Inform the director of any lack of equipment or technical deficiency,
- Watch over equipment cleanliness,
- Watch over training areas cleanliness,
- Inform the director about any hygiene or safety problem. We are looking for a serious and committed Massage Therapist (F/H) with certified training, ready to contribute to improving the quality of life for our patients.
- Holder of a State Diploma in massage-therapy,
- Ideally first experience in a hospital establishment,
- Ability to develop and follow personalized care programs
- Mastery of techniques related to respiratory pathologies massages
- Great empathy towards patients and respect for medical secrecy

- Written and oral communication technique
- Empathy, group animation technique, listening, and patience.
