35 hours a week from Monday to Friday.

Team of 3 kinesiologists working on a technical platform.
Multidisciplinary team.

Implementation of the medical project and rehabilitation care
Management of several therapists' teams: kinés, APAs, ergos… (interviews, professional interviews, human resources and material management)
Strengthening the complementarity of actors around projects: medical, rehabilitation, and care.
Coordination and follow-up of rehabilitative care on a healthcare service.
Planning of activities and organization of PEC, control and reporting
Follow-up and control of the traceability of information related to activity (PMSI)
Control and follow-up of the quality of safety of care and paramedical activities
Organization and follow-up of welcoming professionals, interns, and new recruits.
Assembly, implementation, follow-up, and management of specific projects
Specific surveillance in the field of activity.

Possible accommodation on site in a furnished studio + travel expenses
Salary: according to convention + seniority + precariousness + paid holidays Diploma of State Massage Therapist, registration with the order in progress, having a BAC+5 level and at least 1 month of experience.
