Massage Therapist (F/H)

The functions or titles are declaimed in both feminine and masculine forms. This clinic located in the 71 department is a new establishment with modern architecture, complete equipment, materials, and furniture adapted to the care of obesity, bariatric surgery, and malnutrition.
Additionally, this establishment has 84 beds for complete hospitalization and 10 places for day hospital.
You will evolve within a multidisciplinary team (doctors nutritionists, general practitioners, physical activity educators, dietitians, psychologists, physiotherapists, nurses D.E., trained nursing assistants, social workers).
Your main missions and function will be as follows:
- Accompany the patient physically and psychologically in the evolution of their health status by performing rehabilitation and reeducation services that contribute to prevention, detection, diagnosis, treatment, and research, with the aim of maintaining and/or restoring movement and maximum functional capacity and autonomy
- Participate in the activity according to establishment projects, care, and regulatory developments.
- Ensure the educational follow-up resulting from the diagnostic report;
- Welcome the patient and their entourage in an adapted manner;
- Perform rehabilitation and reeducation services, massages aimed at alleviating pain and suffering in various parts of the body, either individually or collectively
- Establish treatment program objectives and rehabilitation and reeducation services to be implemented
- Prevent inherent troubles related to the patient's pathology
- Maintain, stimulate, and encourage daily use of available functional capacities
- Evaluate the quality of practices and results of massage-physiotherapy actions
- Ensure interface with other establishment services and medical service
- Get involved in quality approach and establishment projects
You will also intervene both in-room and on technical platforms, and you can treat between 12 and 13 patients per day depending on complexity.
Work is done from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm with a 1-hour lunch break at noon.
