Massage Therapist (F/H)

The functions or titles are declaimed in both feminine and masculine forms. This Lyon-based center proposes a full-time CDD Masseur-Kinésithérapeute H/F position for its Adult MPR Service starting from January 2026.
You are responsible for the realization of regular therapeutic interventions with patients. These interventions are provided in the form of structured, multidisciplinary programs, whether they are conducted individually or in groups, on different tracks:
-The track dedicated to spine disorders (deformations and chronic pain).
-The Neuro-Orthopedic track.
-The Orthopedic track.
-The complex Oncology-Orthopedic track.
In addition, you contribute to the animation and development of Education Therapeutic Patient (ETP) programs.
You intervene on a dedicated technical platform within multidisciplinary teams (MPR doctors, general practitioners, anesthesiologists and surgeons, ergotherapists, orthotists, APA teachers, nurses, auxiliary nurses, social assistants, psychologists…).
Under the responsibility of the health care framework for rehabilitation, you work with professionals alongside our beneficiaries according to the main missions:
Realize the masso-kinésitherapeutic patient assessment and implement his rehabilitation plan based on medical prescriptions, taking into account his pathology, needs, and evolution,
Organize and manage your activity (scheduling, material needs, use of technical platform),
Ensure patient care follow-up (traceability on the patient's electronic file, PMSI information)
Communicate and inform to improve relationships with the patient on one hand and with the rest of the team on the other hand.
Remuneration according to collective agreement: reprise d'ancienneté à 100% + indemnité Ségur: from €2700 gross/month
Thirteenth-month bonus (starting from the first month of presence)
Work schedule: 38 hours Monday to Friday with RTT (18 days/year) in addition to CP
Self-service for lunch with meals at a rate of €2.77
Uniform provided
Reimbursement of 50% of public transportation costs or access to free parking
