Functions or titles are expressed in feminine and masculine forms. The center accommodates, in full hospitalization, for an average length of stay of 1 month, general patients and elderly patients with multiple pathologies, thus ensuring technical and diversified care: geriatrics, palliative care, oncology, cognitive disorders, traumatology, musculoskeletal disorders, chronic vegetative states, etc. On each site, a multidisciplinary team works with the patient to promote their rehabilitation and return to autonomy, respecting their life project and ensuring quality and continuity of care.
The various professionals who make up the teams include doctors, nurses, nursing assistants,
logistics service agents, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychomotor therapists, APA instructors, social workers, psychologists, dietitians, hygiene nurses, pharmacy, administrative team, technical team, management and leadership team...


Are you ready for the following challenges:
- Provide physiotherapy and rehabilitation sessions to hospitalized patients
- Treat pain and injuries and help patients regain their mobility and function
- Provide comfort care and information on appropriate hygiene and nutrition
- Perform admission and discharge assessments
- Develop the patient's care plan after identifying their needs and formulating their care objectives
- Rehabilitate and re-adapt motor impairments, functional limitations of the person according to the medical prescription
for the purpose of maintenance, restoration, adaptation of gestures or optimization of motor function
- Carry out advisory and prevention actions (anti-dislocation instructions, transfer techniques, etc.);
- Practice functional rehabilitation for orthopedic patients and those in re-autonomization;
- Practice functional rehabilitation for orthopedic patients and those in re-autonomization;
- Work in concert and collaboration with medical and nursing teams;
- Perform acts taking into account the medical prescription; Advise nursing teams and participate in the overall care of the patient, for their intra and/or extra-hospital integration;
- Ensure written and oral handovers to all concerned stakeholders, as well as traceability and coding of the
patient's file.

Salary: according to CCN 51 FEHAP: €2,631.98 gross per month to €3,381.42 depending on seniority for full-time employment
Accommodation: Possible for €50 per week and located 30 minutes by car from the center
Hours: 09:00-16:30 with a 30-minute lunch break. 70% working hours, therefore from Monday to Friday with one day off to be determined.
