Massage Therapist (F/H)

Job titles or functions are declaimed in both feminine and masculine forms. You will actively participate in functional rehabilitation of patients and follow their progress:
- Ensure initial evaluation of physical abilities of patients
- Develop personalized and adapted rehabilitation programs for individual needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Conduct targeted therapy sessions, both in Éphad and SMR
- Follow and constantly adapt treatment plans based on patient evolution
For this position, you benefit from:
- Contract: CDD
- Duration: As soon as possible for 3 months or more
- Salary: €21 gross per hour + with experience For this Massage Therapist (F/H) position, a state diploma is mandatory or an equivalent diploma.
- Mastery of rehabilitation techniques adapted to Éphad and SMR.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team within the hospital establishment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to accompany residents and patients with empathy.
- Optimal time management and prioritization to respect established schedules.
- Openness to ongoing training to stay up-to-date on therapeutic innovations.
