In a rehabilitation center environment focused on pediatrics, you will have the mission to contribute to the well-being of young patients. - Develop and implement rehabilitation programs adapted to the needs of children with physical disabilities, such as cerebral palsy, spina bifida, etc. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists) to develop personalized treatment plans for each patient. - Conduct sessions of massage therapy, exercise therapy, and other forms of physical rehabilitation in a pediatric setting. - Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients. - Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. - Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans. - Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pediatrics and rehabilitation therapy. - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement new programs and services. - Provide input on program development, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives. - Participate in internal and external meetings, training sessions, and workshops. - Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Perform other related duties as required.
