As a healthcare professional, you will be expected to offer rehabilitation and well-being care within a medical-social establishment.

- Evaluate the physical state of patients to develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform kinesthetic therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of patients
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care pathways
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of patient progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Actively contribute to patient prevention and therapeutic education, as well as that of their families

Here are the details of the opportunity :
- Contract: CDD at 40%
- Duration: As soon as possible for 6 months or more

- Salary: €20 gross per hour
