Massage Therapist (F/H)

Job titles or functions are declared in both feminine and masculine forms. In a medical-social establishment, you will be responsible for providing rehabilitation care and promoting patient well-being
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities to adapt rehabilitation sessions
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in coordination with a multidisciplinary team
- Follow and adjust therapies according to the evolution of patients' health status
- Ensure rigorous and confidential maintenance of patients' medical records
- Actively participate in continuous training to optimize the quality of care provided •
Our client's proposal for this position is as follows:
- Contract: Full-time or part-time CDD
- Duration: As soon as possible for 1 month or more
- Salary: Conventional salary The Massage Therapist (F/H) position requires technical skills, a benevolent approach, and a State Diploma in massage-kinesthesis.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and the medical-social establishment personnel
- Empathy and ability to create a reassuring and respectful environment for each patient
- Mastery of rehabilitation and relaxation techniques to optimize patients' well-being
- Ability to work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
- Mandatory possession of the State Diploma in massage-kinesthesis to practice as a qualified professional
