You will be responsible for providing rehabilitation care in a hospital environment, contributing to the well-being and mobility of patients.e.s.
- Provide tailored rehabilitation sessions adapted to the specific needs of each patient.e
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team
- Regularly evaluate patient.e.s' progress and adjust treatments if necessary
- Maintain precise and complete files for each patient.e
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize care provided to patients.e.s
