- cardiovascular disease diagnosed requiring rehabilitation care
- temporary disability following an accident or chronic illness.
The Center welcomes patients after the acute phase of their pathology, following hospitalization in short stays in Medicine or Surgery, or from home on medical prescription. Patients are cared for to:
- cardiac rehabilitation centered around physical retraining and including a prevention component; post-treatment care and rehabilitation, with the goal of returning home or to an institution
Under the responsibility of the Rehabilitation Manager, Care Manager, or IDEC, your main missions will be:
- Take charge of patients for rehabilitation/rehabilitation care (establishing a therapeutic diagnosis, objectives, and treatment program)
- Maintain functional capacities
- Manage relationships with families and/or patients, links with doctors
- Realize the patient's clinical report, specific to the field (interview/examination, information collection, synthesis work, restitution...)
- Develop the care plan and treatment plan for the patient
- Participate in the establishment's project (quality approach…)
Cardio-respiratory polyvalent rehabilitation individual or group/ Patient care on a technical platform or in a room
Salary according to profile 2450 euros gross + segur 1 and 2 + seniority reintegration + 10% CP + 10% precarity premium
No housing or housing assistance possible You must hold a Bac+5 degree
Holder of the State Diploma in Massage Therapy-Kinésiology + registration to the order by 2026
