Within a hospital functional rehabilitation center, you will accompany residents in maintaining or regaining their motor autonomy - You will carry out functional assessments and define personalized rehabilitation programs adapted to the abilities and goals of each person - You will provide rehabilitation sessions after hospitalization or surgery to promote functional recovery and re-autonomy - You will implement fall prevention actions and maintain motor skills for residents - You will collaborate with physiotherapy, occupational therapy, medical, and management professionals to ensure coordinated care - You will ensure the traceability of interventions and contribute to the regular evaluation of progress in EHPAD and SRR units. And here are the offer details: - Contract: Fixed-term contract (CDD) - Duration: 11 days From 12/26/21 to 12/31/26 - Salary: 2700 euros/month, varies according to experience - Provision of accommodation in a room with toilet and bathroom, kitchen in the common area You are a qualified physiotherapist, attentive to geriatric needs and committed to individualized rehabilitation. - You hold the State Diploma of Physiotherapist, beginners accepted - You master functional rehabilitation and fall prevention techniques - You adapt your care to the abilities and goals of each patient - You collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team in a healthcare facility - You demonstrate listening skills, rigor, and kindness towards the accompanied individuals.
