Within an attentive care environment, your mission will consist of promoting the physical well-being of residents through adapted therapeutic interventions.
- Ensure massage therapy sessions in rooms and rehabilitation rooms to promote resident mobility
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, including nurses, occupational therapists, and psychomotor therapists, to develop personalized rehabilitation programs
- Actively contribute to improving the quality of life for people with neurodegenerative diseases by participating in PASA activities
- Conduct regular evaluations of residents' rehabilitation needs to adapt therapeutic interventions
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to share resident progress and contribute to developing integrated care plans

- Possibility of self-service meals We are looking for a Massage Therapist (F/H) to work with residents in EHPADs in an enriching environment.
- State Diploma in Massage-Therapy required
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team within a hospital
- Capacity to adapt to the specific needs of residents in rooms and rehabilitation rooms
- Sensitivity and empathy towards people with Alzheimer's
- Organization and rigor in managing therapeutic interventions
