The center has been operating since June 2010 in the form of an EHPAD-SSR with 90 beds and 5 day places, including a SSR with 30 beds, on the one hand, and an EHPAD with 60 beds and 5 day places, on the other hand, to respond to the aging population of rural Dordogne and growing needs generated by dependency. The CDI position is part-time, with 2-2.5 days per week, with no holiday pay on the CDI post. Cumulating with a liberal activity in parallel is possible and accepted by the center's direction. For information: This is an underserved area with fiscal advantages for installation. You will be able to benefit from salary benefits on the CDI position (social and professional protection) and have a liberal activity to exercise full-time on weekends. Opportunities for takeover of activity and/or cabinet already exist on site

The candidate must demonstrate expertise in massage therapy to respectfully accompany residents in an elderly care facility. - State diploma in Massage-Therapist required - Mastery of massage and rehabilitation techniques - Excellent communication and empathy skills with older adults - Ability to develop individual programs adapted to the needs of residents - Sense of professional ethics and respect for sanitary regulations

Le poste en CDI est à mi temps, la structure a besoin d'un(e) kinésithérapeute pour 2 à 2,5 jours par semaine Jour férié non travaillé et non payé sur le poste en CDI Le cumul avec une activité libérale en parallèle est possible et accepté par la direction du centre Pour information : Il s'agit d'une zone sous dotée avec des avantages fiscaux à l'installation Vous pourrez ainsi bénéficier des avantages salariés sur le poste en CDI (protection sociale et professionnelle) et avoir une activité libérale pour exercer à temps plein sur la semaine Des opportunités de reprise d'activité et/ou de cabinet existent déjà sur place Nous organisons vos entretiens avec la structure Salaire proposé : 18€ brut/heure (négociable)

Le candidat devra démontrer une expertise en kinésithérapie pour accompagner respectueusement les résidents dans un établissement pour personnes âgées. - Diplôme d'État de Masseur-kinésithérapeute requis - Maîtrise des techniques de massage et de rééducation - Excellentes compétences en communication et empathie auprès des personnes âgées - Capacité à développer des programmes individuels adaptés aux besoins des résidents - Sens de l'éthique professionnelle et respect des réglementations sanitaires
