The functions or titles are declaimed in both feminine and masculine forms. You will be responsible for providing adaptive rehabilitation care to patients or residents

• Evaluate the functional capacities of residents to establish personalized rehabilitation programs
• Ensure rehabilitation care using techniques adapted to each resident
• Collaborate with the medical team to adjust treatments based on observed progress
• Counsel and train healthcare staff on mobilization and prevention protocols
• Write precise reports of rehabilitation sessions for medical follow-up of residents

The details of the opportunity are:

• Contract: Part-time CDD
• Salary: 3200 euros gross/hour + seniority reintegration

Possibility to intervene in EHPAD or clinic. - State diploma in massage therapy essential

Capacity to adapt care to the needs of elderly people

Excellent interpersonal skills and listening sense

Aptitude to work in a multidisciplinary team

Sensitivity to patient expectations and well-being
