In a home care environment, you will contribute to developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation programs for each individual. - Design a personalized therapeutic program validated by a specialized doctor in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. - Regularly follow up on patient progress to adapt interventions based on their advancements. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care. - Use various animation techniques to make sessions engaging and motivating for patients. - Write detailed reports on each patient's advancement, intended for the medical team during follow-up meetings.

Your expertise in physical therapy will allow you to accompany patients in functional rehabilitation at home. - Ability to develop and implement individualized therapeutic projects in accordance with a medical team - Competence in evaluating specific patient needs with motor or functional deficiencies - Ease in communication with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate optimal care - Ability to work independently while respecting medical protocols and defined recommendations - State diploma in Massage Therapy required to ensure professional and secure care.
