Massage Therapist

Crescent Spring is dedicated to helping clients improve their health and wellbeing through high-quality massage and body therapy. We focus on relaxation, recovery and remedial care, and we are looking for qualified Massage Therapists to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out client consultations to understand health history and treatment goals.
• Assess soft tissue, muscles and ligaments to identify areas of concern.
• Provide a range of massage treatments including remedial, relaxation, deep tissue, sports, acupressure and aromatherapy.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans to suit individual client needs.
• Advise clients on stretching, posture and relaxation techniques to support recovery.
• Keep accurate client records and monitor treatment outcomes.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, ensuring equipment and materials are in good order.
• Deliver professional and empathetic customer service to build long-term relationships.
• Stay updated with current massage practices and maintain professional standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a clinic, wellness or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of different massage techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
• Ability to work independently and manage client appointments.
• Commitment to high standards of hygiene, safety and client care.

Attractive salary between $73,000 to $83,000 will be offered to suitable candidate.
