• Operation of construction machinery such as wheel loaders, mini excavators, or hydraulic excavators
• Mechanical support for our colleagues on railway construction sites
• Maintenance and care of entrusted equipment and machines
• Independent execution of minor repairs and locksmith work

• Completed training as a construction equipment operator, civil engineer/railway construction worker, locksmith, mechatronics technician, or comparable skills
• Enjoyment of working with construction machinery of various types and sizes
• Preferably an interest in further training to become a road-rail excavator operator
• High commitment, resilience, and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work shifts and at changing work locations
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Driver's license class B
